Biography
Joseph works tirelessly to make sure that his clients are not taken advantage of by insurance companies or the entities that caused their injuries. He prides himself on fighting for the rights of accident victims and assisting the seriously injured in receiving just compensation for their injuries. Joseph is there for his clients every step of the way, both inside and outside of the courtroom, and provides hope when his clients need it the most.
Prior to joining Hanna | Perez, PC, Joseph served as a Law Clerk for The Honorable Marybeth Rogers, J.S.C. who presides in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson vicinage. Thereafter, Joseph was recruited by the Manhattan office of Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney to work as a litigator on toxic tort and complex product liability matters, and served as National Coordinating Counsel for an industrial Fortune 500 corporation. While at Segal McCambridge, Joseph also taught CLE courses on Social Security Disability and pro bono work.
Joseph graduated at the top of his class from New York Law School where he served as an Original Content editor for the Law Review, and was a Michael Tondel and John Marshall Harlan Scholar associated with the Diane Abbey Law Center for Children and Families. Joseph also received numerous awards while in law school, including the R. Max Reich Award for excellence in Civil Trial Advocacy, and the Robert R. Rosenthal Award for excellence in New York Practice.
