Biography

Prior to attending law school, Jennifer worked as a paralegal in New York City, handling corporate litigation matters. During law school, Jennifer had an externship with the in-house counsel department of a multinational conglomerate where she assisted with data privacy, complex agreements, and compliance with advertising laws.

After graduating law school, Jennifer continued her career at Melvin D. Marx, P.A., as an attorney handling no-fault PIP arbitration matters. She was fortunate to gain expertise from Melvin D. Marx, Esq., who had been representing clients since 1968. He is a well-known personal injury litigator and a pioneer in the arbitration of no-fault PIP matters in New Jersey. In early 2019, Melvin D. Marx, P.A., merged with Hanna Perez, P.C., and Jennifer joined the team at Hanna Perez, P.C.

Jennifer enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, playing tennis, and spending time with her family.

Subsequently, she earned her Juris Doctor from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in White Plains, New York. In law school, she was on the Dean’s List, an academic award that recognizes students who achieve high academic standing. In her first year, she received the Book Award, a recognition for receiving the highest grade in her legal writing class.
